Our Warranty

According to the Civil Code of 2011, dental products are covered by a warranty period of 24 months. In practice, this means that repairs of prostheses such as cracked or broken dentures, teeth falling out of dentures, and repair of denture retention elements are repairs covered under the warranty of the delivered product and cannot be subject to financial compensation.

Other types of adjustments, such as rebasing or extending an existing denture, are covered after 6 months from the delivery of that prosthesis. Generally, until 6 months from the delivery of a dental product considered individually manufactured, the patient can assert a claim for defects on this new product with the dentist who had it made. The warranty period for dental products begins to run from the date the product is received by the patient and reported to their health insurance provider. The statutory warranty must be asserted with the dentist/operator of the dental practice, not in the laboratory.
